Rules & Regulations:

 

  1. Each participant should take part only in one event.
  2. There is NO ENTRY FEE for participation.
  3. Please send the entries in the prescribed format attached herewith on or before 151hJanuary 2013 to the college office between 9.00am to 2.00pm.

 

Programming Competition (C & C++  Lang.)

1.    Programming competition will be conducted for higher secondary section and colleges only.

 

  1. One student from each category, mentioned above, of each school/college can participate in the Programming competition.
  2. There will be a separate competition for C & C++ language.
  3. The expert’s decision will be final.

 

Quiz (School / College)

 

  1. A team of two students from each category, mentioned above, of each school/college can participate in the Quiz.
  2. The quiz will be based on “mathematics /logic/basic knowledge of computer science”.
  3. Quiz competition will be conducted for College and Hr.Secondary sections only.
  4. If the number of teams are more than three then there will be written screening objective test. The first three teams will be qualified for the mega event.
  5. The quiz masters’ decision will be final.

 

 

Static and Working Model (School / College)

 

  1. Each model should be presented by two students only.
  2. The themes for the models should based according to the given theme/subtheme
  3. Participants have to explain their model.
  4. Models should not be explained by power point presentation.
  5. Participants have to submit their model/project on 19th Jan. 2013 between 8:00 to 2:00 p.m.

 

 

Poster presentation (School / College)

 

  1. Each poster should be presented by two students only.
  2. Poster should be prepared on 20”X 30” (Approx.) size paper using any material.
  3. Criteria of judgment will be theme, presentation, relevance to the topic and overall presentation.
  4. Prepared posters should be brought on the date of the competition and should be displayed.

 

 

Talk show/Power point presentation (College/School)

  • Time limit: 5+1 minutes.
  • Only one student has to give the presentation.
  • Participant can present his/her thought on any of the sub theme mentioned above.(No scientific paper should be presented)
  • The event is open for the students of all the categories and faculties..
  • Decisions made by the judges will be final

1)      Captions can be either in English or Hindi.

2)      The poster can be made on card sheet/cardboard/Chart paper of 22”x 30” size.

5)      Judgment will be based on depiction of theme, scheme of colors used, aesthetics and originality of ideas.

6)      More weightage will be given for handmade and hand painted entries.

4.      Time limit for each performance is maximum 4 minutes.

5.      Music to be brought in a C.D.

6.      Judgment will be based on depiction of the theme, dance performance and theme selection.

2.    Each team will include two boys or two girls.

3.    There will be three rounds.

(b)   Rapid fire round. (Business Affairs).

(c)   Audio/Visual round. (Business Affairs).

4.    1st round will be elimination round.

Only four teams will be selected for the final round on the basis of score.
